If you are selling a home before moving to the Jupiter area, the real estate agent process takes place in one of the following ways:

Your Realtor will make a appointment with a Top Agent in your market to tour your property with you, complete an assessment, and submit a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for review by you.  (see description later in this section).

  1. You select the agent who best suits your needs.
  2. You begin to work with your selected agent to sell your home.

COMPARATIVE MARKET ANALYSIS

A Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) is a summary form a real estate agent fills out after completing a preliminary assessment of the value of your home.  The CMA outlines the real estate agent’s opinion of the estimated price a buyer would be willing to pay for your home in its current physical condition given ;;current market conditions.  Since every real estate agent will have a different opinion about how to price and market your house, we arrange for two agents to walk through your home a compete CMAs.  The purpose is to best determine how to price and position your home in the market.  The CMA is a very helpful decision tool because it allows for an “apples-to-apples” line-by-line comparison of properties with a wide range of factors impacting the sale of your home.  Our only goal is to help you sell your home for the highest price in the shortest period of time, and making a careful and well informed selection of a real estate agent is the most important way to reach that goal.
